Summary

Prodia for Doctor is a web-based platform designed to support doctors in delivering online consultations, reviewing patient medical data, and providing follow-up recommendations through a secure digital interface. The platform enables doctors to manage live consultations, access patient Electronic Medical Records (EMR), review uploaded lab results, and guide patients toward further tests or referrals. The main challenge was designing a system that supports fast, accurate medical decision-making while maintaining clarity, privacy, and ease of use in a clinical context.

  1. Clinical Workflow Understanding
    Worked closely with internal stakeholders to understand how doctors review patient data, conduct consultations, and provide recommendations during online sessions.
  2. Information Architecture
    Structured the application into core modules such as Live Chat, EMR, Test & Panel, and Health Reports to support quick access to critical information.
  3. User Flow Design
    Designed end-to-end flows covering patient search, live consultation, medical record review, and follow-up guidance within a single session.
  4. Wireframing
    Created wireframes to define layout hierarchy, data grouping, and interaction patterns for doctor-facing workflows.
  5. UI Design & Design System Implementation
    Applied Prodia’s design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and clarity across complex medical interfaces, focusing on readability and action prioritization.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Collaborated with product managers, engineers, and medical stakeholders to align UX decisions with clinical accuracy, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations.
