Summary

This project focused on designing a property listing website for a personal sales agent handling residential and commercial properties in the BSD area. Previously, the sales process relied entirely on direct WhatsApp communication without a structured website. This made it difficult to present property listings clearly and to provide consistent information to potential buyers. The website was designed to organize property data, present detailed listings, and act as a central entry point before users proceed to contact the agent via WhatsApp.

    Process
    1. Understanding the Business Context
      Identified the client’s need for a centralized platform to present property listings and reduce reliance on unstructured WhatsApp conversations.
    2. User Flow & Sitemap
      Designed user flows that guide users from browsing listings to viewing property details and continuing communication via WhatsApp. Created a sitemap to clearly separate residential and commercial properties.‍
    3. Information Architecture
      Structured key property attributes such as location, land size, building size, price range, and floor information to support comparison and decision-making.‍
    4. Wireframing
      Developed wireframes to define layout hierarchy, listing cards, filtering sections, and property detail pages.‍
    5. UI Design & Design System
      Created a clean and functional interface tailored for property browsing, supported by a reusable design system to maintain consistency across screens.‍
    6. Developer Collaboration
      Collaborated closely with a Flutter developer to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
